Your thesis topic must be turned in by November 1, 2009 for approval. This means you should already be discussing your thesis topic with the potential reader and the department chairperson in preparation for this date. Stafford Loan Spring 2010 Application Deadline The deadline for submitting a Stafford loan application for the Spring 2010 semester is November 1. Required application paperwork includes the 2009-2010 Stafford Loan Request Form and the 2009-2010 FAFSA. First-time borrowers at DTS must also submit a Master Promissory Note (original, not faxed). All completed paperwork must be turned in to the financial aid office by November 1 in order to count toward the Spring 2010 payment deadline. After November 1, students may still apply for a Stafford loan but must make alternate payment arrangements for the payment deadline. Expressions is designed to help Dallas Theological Seminary students in general and the African American students in particular apply their seminary preaching training to the unique cultural setting of the Black Church with the help of experienced Alumni.
